Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across all key channels. You will manage a team of specialists, oversee campaigns end to end, and ensure delivery of high-impact results for our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive
digital marketing strategies
that align with client objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve KPIs.
Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn
, and other digital advertising platforms.
Allocate budgets effectively and maximize ROI through continuous optimization.
SEO & Website Management:
Oversee
SEO strategy
, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Manage website updates and ensure adherence to SEO best practices and UX standards.
Content & Social Media:
Guide content development across blogs, social media, email, and websites.
Supervise social media strategy and execution to grow engagement and audience reach.
Email Marketing:
Plan and implement
email campaigns
, including list segmentation, content, and performance tracking.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze campaign data using
Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and other tools
.
Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations.
Market Research & Innovation:
Stay updated on
digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
.
Propose innovative ideas to improve performance and drive growth.
Requirements:
Experience:
4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
, and other paid advertising platforms.
Solid understanding of
SEO best practices
and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
Proficiency in
social media management
across major platforms.
Familiarity with
email marketing platforms
(Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar).
Competence in
Google Analytics
and campaign reporting.
Leadership:
Strong ability to manage teams and collaborate across functions.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization:
Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Compensation:
Salary will be
commensurate with experience and prior compensation
