SEO and Social Media Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization, social media management, and content creation. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and engage our audience across various platforms, including YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Management
:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for search engines.
Social Media Management
:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice.
Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and engagement opportunities.
YouTube Advertising
:
Create engaging YouTube ads that effectively promote our products/services.
Manage the publishing and optimization of YouTube content, including video descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies based on metrics and insights.
Content Creation
:
Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, articles, and other content that supports SEO and social media efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Reporting and Analysis
:
Prepare regular reports on SEO and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO and social media management.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience in creating and managing YouTube ads and content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media graphics.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
