Job Description

We are looking for a

Google Ads Specialist

with in-depth expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a

strong analytical mindset

, a proven track record of running high-ROI ad campaigns, and the ability to optimize performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, etc.), YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns. Conduct thorough

keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

. Create compelling

ad copies, video scripts, and creatives

(in collaboration with the design team). Set up and optimize

retargeting and remarketing

campaigns to boost conversions. Track and report key performance metrics using

Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools

. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising. A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance. Manage budgets effectively to ensure

maximum ROI

Requirements:

Proven experience in running and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong knowledge of

PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and audience targeting

. Hands-on experience with

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel

for tracking and conversions. Ability to

analyze data and generate insightful reports

. Experience with

lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing campaigns

. Familiarity with

landing page optimization and CRO strategies

is a plus. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
