Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented

Digital Marketing Specialist

with strong expertise in

Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running performance-driven campaigns for both

lead generation

and

e-commerce brands

. Experience handling

international clients or global projects

and working with a

digital marketing agency

is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Create and manage high-performing

lead generation

and

e-commerce

campaigns. Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Monitor campaign performance daily and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Prepare detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients. Stay updated with advertising platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads

. Proven experience managing

lead gen

and

e-commerce

campaigns. Mandatory experience working with a

digital marketing agency

. Experience managing

international clients or multi-country campaigns

. Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistent results. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Candidates from Delhi or willing to relocate for a full-time office role are preferred.
