Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with system and automation management, to enhance our white-labeled Go High-Level (GHL) platform. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple facets of digital marketing and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Landing Page Design:

Create and launch compelling landing pages that align with marketing objectives and enhance user experience.

Content Creation & Scheduling:

Develop and schedule engaging content for social media, websites, emails, and SMS campaigns to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to maximize ROI.

Platform Maintenance:

Perform regular updates and improvements to the GHL platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Social Media Management:

Set up and manage social media accounts, fostering community engagement and brand awareness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of sales funnels, landing page optimization, and automation tools.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Go High-Level (GHL) or similar CRM platforms; proficiency in AI tools for chatbot training.

Marketing Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies; experience in content creation and social media management.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Adaptability:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable with a flexible and evolving work environment.

Key Details:

Weekly Hours:

Thursday & Friday, 6 Hours (1:30 to 7:30 IST), other 4 days 4 Hours

Pay:

15,000 to 20,000
Job Type: Part-time
