Key Responsibilities
Performance & Paid Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize
performance marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms
Manage
paid search, display, remarketing, and social media ad campaigns
to drive leads and conversions
Monitor and optimize
cost per lead (CPL), ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
Campaign Management
Conceptualize and execute
digital campaigns
for hospital services, doctors, specialties, health packages, and brand initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creatives, landing pages, and campaign execution
Plan and manage
monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing calendars
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other dashboards
Prepare
MIS and performance reports
with actionable insights
Use data to continuously improve campaign efficiency and outcomes
Website & Lead Management
Optimize landing pages for
lead generation and conversion
Coordinate with CRM/lead management teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lead quality improvement
Budget & Compliance
Manage and optimize
digital marketing budgets
effectively
Ensure all digital communication complies with
hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory guidelines
