Job Overview

Digital Azadi is looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counseling students, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and learning pathways offered by Digital Azadi.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs accordingly.

Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversions and admissions.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data.

Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.

Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets as assigned.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on courses, policies, and counseling techniques.

Ensure excellent student experience and relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred).

0-2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales (freshers may apply).

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
