Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Facebook Ads & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team.
You'll be responsible for running high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to generate leads and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns Run A/B testing and optimize for conversions (CPL, ROAS, etc.) Setup Facebook Pixel & Conversion API Create lead generation forms and retargeting audiences Analyze campaign performance and create weekly reports Collaborate with graphic design and content team Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Facebook & Instagram Ads Good understanding of SEO fundamentals Knowledge of lead generation strategies Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance Basic knowledge of Google Ads (preferred) Strong communication and creative thinking skills Generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness Plan and execute social media marketing strategies Analyze ad performance and optimize for better ROI Create engaging ad creatives and ad copies Manage audience targeting, retargeting & A/B testing Handle basic SEO tasks (on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization) Work closely with the design and content team
