Key Responsibilities

using tools like

n8n, AI agents, CRM automation, etc.

Track performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve conversions Manage and optimize

SEO, SMM, and paid campaigns

Work closely with sales/business teams to align marketing goals with revenue

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Digital Marketing

? Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

? Proven experience in ROI-based & performance marketing

? Hands-on expertise in lead generation (B2B & B2C)

SEO & Social Media

? SEO: On-page, Off-page & Technical

? SMM: Organic & Paid campaigns

AI & Automation (Must-Have)

? AI automation knowledge

? n8n workflow creation

? Marketing automation tools

? AI-powered analytics & optimization

Mindset

? Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM automation Funnel optimization & conversion rate optimization (CRO) Exposure to AI tools for content, ads, and reporting
