Job Description

Channel & P&L Leadership

- Manage operations in Modern Trade (MT) and Quick Commerce (QC), driving both primary and secondary sales while owning the Profit & Loss for those channels.

Strategic Planning & Negotiation

- Collaborate with the Head of Department on business plans; negotiate Terms of Trade (TOT), Joint Business Plans (JBP), and annual strategies with channel partners.

Market Intelligence & Optimization

- Analyze MT/QC operating models and platform data to refine product assortments, pricing, and SLAs.

Sales Growth & Visibility

- Accelerate sales volume, enhance shelf presence, and increase share of shelf in retail outlets.

Account Operations & AR Management

- Oversee discounts, promotions, reconciliations, and settlements; maintain healthy accounts receivable levels.

Performance Reviews & Action Plans

- Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales; develop and execute improvement plans.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as liaison between Head Office and channel partners; collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

Competitive Monitoring & Feedback Loop

- Track competitor activity and market trends; relay insights and product feedback to relevant teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
