What does a Digital Marketing Manager do?
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Publish creative content, including Press release, Article and Blogs.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Design, maintain and supply content for the organization's website
Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
Designing Broacher, Logo, Event Banner/Hording
A monitor company presence on social media
Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
Monitor & report competitor activity and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements, skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Content creation skills.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Good hands on experience with online marketing tools and best practice
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Proven working experience in digital marketing and web designing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Conversant with the workings of Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Search console, Facebook ads manager.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Advance Excel, Word, Advance PowerPoint, etc.)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
