Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize

campaigns for lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and write effective ad copy.
Monitor ad performance daily and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lower cost-per-lead.
Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audience segments.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance with insights and improvement suggestions.
Work closely with our internal team to align digital campaigns with business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid ads on
Google and Meta platforms

Proven track record of
generating leads through digital advertising

Strong knowledge of campaign setup, ad creatives, bid strategies, and budget management.
Experience using
Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager
