We are a growing digital marketing agency, seeking an
experienced Digital Marketing Specialist
to handle our end-to-end digital marketing efforts. If you live and breathe SEO, social media, ads, and data-driven marketing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, improve site rankings, and build high-quality backlinks.
SMM (Social Media Marketing):
Develop and execute strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth.
Paid Ads Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
,
X ads,
and other platforms to maximize ROI.
Graphic Creation & Post Design:
Create or coordinate visuals, creatives, and graphics for ads, posts, and campaigns using tools like
Canva
.
Content & Post Creation:
Write engaging ad copies, captions, and blog content aligned with brand voice and SEO strategy.
Email Marketing:
Build and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotions) using tools like
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or MailerLite
.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards
.
Marketing Tools Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with
SEO tools
(SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz),
social media tools
(Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite), and A/B testing tools.
Stay ahead of trends and recommend new strategies for continuous growth.
Requirements
2+ years of digital marketing experience
.
Proven expertise in
SEO, SMM, PPC/paid ads, and content marketing
.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
.
Strong graphic creation and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
