Hiring: Digital Marketing Strategist Performance & Growth Focus

We are looking for an

experienced Digital Marketing Strategist

who can

plan, lead, and execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver definite business results including website traffic, online sales/leads, and store footfall.

This role requires strong

strategic thinking + hands-on execution + team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

ROI-driven digital marketing strategies

Lead and manage

social-media managers, content creators & ad teams

Plan

monthly and quarterly growth campaigns

Increase

website visits, enquiries, conversions, and store walk-ins

Build

marketing funnels

across social media, search, retargeting & email Create and manage

Meta & Google ad campaigns

Track

performance dashboards & analytics

Conduct

A/B testing

and continuous optimization. Plan

influencer & content partnerships

Prepare

weekly and monthly growth reports

Must-Have Skills

4-8+ years in

digital/performance marketing

Proven track record of

delivering measurable growth

Strong experience with

Meta Ads & Google Ads

Deep understanding of

conversion funnels & analytics

Ability to

lead & guide content teams

Strong communication & leadership
