Labhanya Technologies is hiring an experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist
who can take ownership of planning, executing, and scaling digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a
hands-on professional
, not just a strategist -- someone who can actively manage campaigns, track performance, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute
performance-driven digital marketing strategies
Manage
paid advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads if required)
Handle
complete SEO lifecycle
: keyword research, on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO
Plan and manage
lead generation funnels
and landing page optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets & creatives
Prepare
weekly and monthly reports
with insights and action plans
Coordinate with web developers for tracking, pixels, and analytics setup
Manage
social media growth, engagement, and paid promotions
Ensure proper
UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing setup
Mandatory Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience
in Digital Marketing
Hands-on expertise with
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Strong knowledge of
SEO best practices and ranking factors
Experience in
lead generation and performance marketing
Must be comfortable working in an
office (in-house role)
Ability to manage
multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
Technical & Tool Requirements:
Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Search Console
Keyword research tools (SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest)
Meta Business Manager & Google Tag Manager
Basic knowledge of
CRM integration & marketing automation
Understanding of
conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
Content & Communication Skills:
Ability to collaborate with content writers and designers
Understanding of ad copywriting and creative requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain campaign performance to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred / Additional Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with
B2B or service-based marketing
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
Basic understanding of
UI/UX & CRO principles
Experience in managing
multiple client accounts
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
Digital marketing certifications are a plus
