Social Growth:

Own Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (and maybe TikTok/YouTube Shorts).

Trendspotting:

Jump on cultural trends and make them ours.

Engagement Hacking:

Grow followers, DMs, comments -- community over vanity metrics.

Creative Collabs:

Work with designers to deliver killer visuals.

Event & Partnership Collabs:

Plug us into the right events and partnerships.

Data-Driven Growth:

Measure, tweak, and double down. (Bonus: SEO + paid ads knowledge is a plus.)

The Skills & Sauce We Need

Degree & Experience:

Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Communications, English honours, or similar, with 2+ years in the game.

Fluent English:

Nail both spoken and written English to keep the squad on point.

Communication & Teamwork:

Collaborate like a boss and keep those lines open.

Self-Starter Energy:

Manage your projects like a pro without needing hand-holding.

SMO & SEO Know-How:

Bonus points if you speak this language already.
