Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Pinterest.
Manage the brand's social media calendar, tone, and visual direction in collaboration with creative and photography teams.
Oversee day-to-day posting, community management, and influencer collaborations.
Identify and capitalize on trends, formats, and viral opportunities to maximize reach and brand recall.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor a team
of social media executives, content creators, and designers.
Allocate responsibilities, set goals, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Collaborate closely with
marketing, product, and design teams
to align digital efforts with overall brand objectives.
3. Paid Campaigns & Analytics
Plan and monitor paid campaigns across
Meta, Google, and other social platforms

Track performance metrics
(engagement rate, followers, conversions, CTR, etc.) and present insights with improvement strategies.
Optimize
social ads and content for maximum ROI and audience engagement.
4. WhatsApp, SMS & Email Marketing
Oversee
WhatsApp, SMS and email marketing
campaigns, ensuring consistent communication, product highlights, and re-engagement initiatives.
Manage audience segmentation, automation, and creative communication strategy.
5. Creative Direction & Brand Voice
Ideate and guide social-first content - reels, stories, look books, campaigns, and trend-based posts.
Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging across all digital platforms.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and leading teams.
? Experience in the
fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand
is highly desirable.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and email marketing strategies.
? A creative mindset with the ability to translate fashion trends into captivating content and marketing campaigns.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Analytical and data-driven with experience in tracking campaign performance and making strategic adjustments.
