Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage
digital marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and implement
SEO strategies
to improve website rankings, traffic, and lead conversions.
Manage the company's
social media presence

Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure
creative and consistent branding
across all platforms.
Conduct
market and competitor analysis
to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Oversee
email marketing campaigns

Track and analyze
website and campaign performance metrics
using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Generate periodic
performance reports
highlighting key KPIs, ROI, and insights for management review.
Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in
digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and keyword tools
(Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Working knowledge of
WordPress or website management systems
is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Ads.
Experience in
IT services, software development, or digital agency environment.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
