Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and creative

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team on-site. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to sell our online recorded courses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, a proven track record in lead generation and conversion, and a passion for the education industry. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Management:

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Drive qualified traffic and generate leads for our online courses. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, ultimately meeting and exceeding sales targets.

SEO/SEM:

Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts, and oversee paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads to maximize visibility and ROI.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and manage social media content calendars and campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive course enrollments.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute compelling marketing content, including blog posts, ad copy, and video scripts that highlight the value of our courses.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and re-engage former students.

Performance Analysis:

Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, assess against goals (KPIs), and provide detailed reports and insights to management.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Experience with marketing professional development courses.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, social media ad managers). Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM best practices. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
