to manage and grow our online presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand awareness through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
:
Social Media Management
:
Develop, curate, and manage daily content (text, image, video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and engaging manner.
Track and report social media KPIs and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Digital Marketing
:
Run and optimize
Google Ads
and
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
.
Assist in SEO/SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor and report performance of campaigns (traffic, engagement, leads, ROI).
Content & Branding
:
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and promotional creatives.
Write compelling copy for social media, ads, and email campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Required Skills
:
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and trends.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) is a bonus.
Video editing or Reels creation skills are a plus.
