Overview



We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage

digital marketing campaigns

across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, content, affiliate, etc.). Manage and optimize

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns

for ROI. Conduct keyword research and oversee

SEO strategies

to improve organic rankings and traffic. Create and manage engaging content for

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube). Track and analyze

campaign performance

using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Manage and grow

email marketing campaigns

, including automation and A/B testing. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Stay updated with

digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

. Proven experience (2-5 years) in

digital marketing or a related role

. Strong knowledge of

SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising

. Proficiency in

content marketing, email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)

. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with

CMS platforms

(WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and

basic HTML/CSS

is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications



Certification in

Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar

. Experience in

B2B/B2C marketing campaigns

. Knowledge of

graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

. Experience with

marketing automation and CRM tools

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
