Prepare training materials, assignments, case studies, and live project demonstrations.
Assess trainees' performance through tests, projects, and feedback sessions.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep training content relevant.
Guide students/professionals in building digital portfolios and career readiness.
Specialist Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage live digital marketing campaigns for the company/clients.
Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and website optimization.
Manage social media accounts and paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with content, design, and business teams for campaign execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a
Digital Marketing Trainer
or
Specialist
(2-5 years).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or Analytics.
