We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketer to plan, build, and run measurable digital marketing programs that drive traffic, improve conversion, increase repeat purchase, and grow brand equity. The ideal candidate combines a sharp command of performance channels with a creative eye for brand led storytelling.
Key responsibilities
Create and execute channel level strategies for paid search, display, paid social, organic social, email marketing, SEO, content, and affiliate programs etc.
Build, operate, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and marketplace advertising where relevant
Manage organic search strategy including on page SEO, technical SEO coordination with developers, content planning, and keyword research to grow sustainable traffic
Manage email and lifecycle marketing to acquire, convert, and retain customers using segmentation and automation workflows
Lead conversion rate optimization for landing pages, product pages, and checkout flow through A/B testing and iterative design changes
Develop and publish content that amplifies brand story telling including product launches, seasonal collections, and editorial lifestyle pieces
Plan and run influencer and creator driven campaigns that align with luxury positioning and drive both discovery and direct sales
Collaborate with product design, photography teams to ensure consistency of brand voice and a seamless omnichannel customer experience
Define campaign goals, set budgets, forecast media spend, and manage external agency or freelancer relationships as needed
Track performance, produce weekly and monthly reports, and turn insights into actionable improvements across channels.
Required qualifications
At least one to three years of hands on execution in digital marketing for ecommerce or consumer brands, with demonstrable campaign results
Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and a primary SEO tool, Meta Ads, Woo commerce.
Strong copywriting and content planning skills for product pages, emails, and social posts
Comfort with data driven decision making and with synthesizing complex channel level data into clear recommendations
Experience running A/B tests and measuring uplift for landing pages and funnels
Excellent communication and project management skills for cross functional collaboration.
