Content & Social Media
Create and oversee engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Manage company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
Stay updated with digital trends to implement innovative marketing techniques.
SEO & SEM
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Brand Consistency
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, design, and product) to align campaigns with business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing (for Manager: 5-8 years).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Digital Marketing.
Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
