About the Role:
We're looking for a multi-skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute our social media, content, newsletters, and SEO strategies. This role is ideal for someone who can think creatively and analytically -- someone who can write compelling copy, manage social platforms, design engaging newsletters, and improve website visibility through robust SEO activities.
We don't need order-takers -- we need someone who thinks ahead, owns their outcomes, and raises the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop & execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and publish content calendars for consistent posting.
Manage daily activities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers professionally.
Run paid campaigns and optimize them for engagement, reach, and conversions.
Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and emerging formats to keep content fresh.
Content & Newsletters:
Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Design professional newsletters that drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with designers for high-quality creatives that complement written content.
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines.
SEO (On-Page & Off-Page):
Perform on-page SEO audits and optimize meta tags, URLs, content structure, and internal links.
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (link-building, citations, guest posts).
Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and keyword performance.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report performance metrics for social media, SEO, and newsletters.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and strategy.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with design, content, and web development teams for cohesive campaigns.
Coordinate with paid media specialists for integrated organic + paid efforts.
Support customer support and sales by addressing inquiries or leads via digital channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, content writing, and SEO in an agency, IT, or creative environment.
Strong writing skills -- must be able to craft engaging posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Hands-on experience with on-page & off-page SEO techniques and tools.
Proficiency in Canva Pro for creating social visuals & newsletters.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, platform insights).
Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Excellent communication skills & collaborative mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience running paid social campaigns & optimizing them.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for newsletters or SEO tweaks.
