A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing an organization's presence to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. This role involves creating and implementing social media strategies, producing content, and monitoring performance metrics. The Digital Marketing Executive collaborates with various teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital media strategy to align with the company's marketing objectives.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Content Creation & Management:
Manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Design eye-catching visuals, write compelling captions, and edit video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
Community Engagement:
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
Foster and nurture relationships with influencers, followers, and brand advocates.
Monitor social media conversations and identify opportunities for engagement.
Social Media Advertising:
Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
Use insights to adjust social media strategies and content to improve performance.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events with other departments and partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on KPIs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Media Marketing
Preferable Male candidates
