We are Hiring a Digital Marketing Executive Locations: Green Park, Delhi Interview Mode: Face to Face Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: MBA / Graduate Salary: up to INR 45,000/- Industry: Medical Summary: At a high level, digital marketing refers to advertising delivered through digital channels such as search engines, websites, social media, email, and mobile apps. While this term covers a wide range of marketing activities, all of which are not universally agreed upon, we\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on the most common types below. Major Job Functions 1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns 2. Oversee a social media strategy 3. Manage and maintain the Organization\xe2\x80\x99s website(s) 4. Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter 5. Track and analyses website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports 6. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion 7. Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s) 8. Fix any errors or bugs in online content 9. Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites 10. Arrange webinars and webcasts 11. Create online banner adverts and oversee pay-per-click (PPC) ad management 12. Write copy for email marketing campaigns 13. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing 14. Work on printed material to supplement online products 15. Attend product launches and networking events Responsibilities 1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers 2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) 3. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness 4. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) 5. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels 6. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website 7. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience 8. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) 9. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date 10. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
