who knows how to leverage AI (specifically

) to produce high-quality content at 10x speed.

If you write every word manually or design every pixel from scratch,

If you know how to prompt AI to build a month's worth of strategy in 2 hours,

we want you.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Content Writing (The Brain)

Use

Google Gemini

to generate SEO-optimized blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and ad copy. Develop weekly Social Media Calendars using AI brainstorming. Requirement:You must know how to "Prompt" correctly to get human-sounding, engaging text, not robotic garbage.

2. Visual Creation (The Face)

Create stunning social media graphics using

Canva + AI Image Generators

(Midjourney/Ideogram). Edit fast-paced Reels/Shorts using

CapCut

. Use AI Voiceovers (ElevenLabs) and AI Avatars where needed.

3. Social Media Management (The Engine)

Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Engage with the community (Reply to comments intelligently). Analyze performance metrics and ask Gemini: "How do we double our reach next month?"*

The "Must-Have" Skills

Prompt Engineering:

You know the difference between a bad prompt and a "God-Tier" prompt on Gemini/ChatGPT.

Visual Eye:

You are not a pro designer, but you know what looks "Premium" vs "Cheap" on Canva.

Video Speed:

You can edit a 30-second Reel in 20 minutes using templates and AI tools.

Gen Z / Trends:

You know what audio is trending today*, not last week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,026.80 - ₹15,612.75 per month
