The Role: We are looking for a creative yet data-driven individual who can wear two hats: Marketer and Creator. You won't just be managing our ad accounts; you will be designing the creatives and writing the copy that goes into them. You will own our digital presence from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics (social media posts, banners) and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) that align with brand guidelines.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute the content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and [Any other platform].
Digital Advertising: Run and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate leads/sales.
Copywriting: Write compelling captions, ad copy, and email newsletters that convert.
Analytics: Track performance metrics (ROAS, Engagement, CTR) and adjust strategies based on data.
What We Are Looking For:
The Toolkit: Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
The Marketer Mindset: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
The Eye: A strong portfolio showing your design sense and ability to create visually appealing content.Bonus Skills: SEO knowledge, AI prompting (ChatGPT/Midjourney), or photography skills.
