Our company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in GA to GA4, Big Query, Google Studio, and Canvas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and sales while analyzing the results using a range of analytical tools. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Strong exposure in migration of GA to GA4
• Utilize GA to GA4, Big Query, Google Studio, Canvas, and other digital analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and create reports.
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and effective content that aligns with the company\'s brand voice and values.
• Monitor and report on competitors\' digital marketing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Utilize digital analytics tools to conduct market research, understand consumer behavior, and inform campaign strategy.
• Work with the web development team to ensure that campaigns are optimized for search engines and that tracking codes are properly implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GA to GA4, Big Query, Google Studio, and Analytics Canvas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketing automation software.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and CRM software is a plus.
