About the Role

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling startups? We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

to take ownership of our online presence. You'll be the engine behind our lead generation and e-commerce growth, managing everything from SEO and paid ads to marketplace listings.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content:

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Performance Marketing:

Plan and execute high-ROI campaigns on

Google Ads

(Search, Shopping, YT) and

Meta Ads

(Lead Gen & Conversions).

E-commerce Management:

Optimize product listings and performance on marketplaces like

Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho

.

SEO & Analytics:

Improve organic rankings and track growth using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Strategy:

Develop and test new growth hacks to boost sales and lower CPA/CPL.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

1-3 years in Digital Marketing (Startup experience is a major plus).

Ads Expertise:

Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

E-commerce Savvy:

Comfortable managing marketplace backends and product optimisation.

Analytical Mindset:

You don't just run ads; you analyse ROAS and optimise for results.

Communication:

Strong coordination skills to work with design and sales teams.
