Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Create content calendars and coordinate posts
Handle SEO activities (on-page, off-page, keyword research, basic technical SEO)
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics
Branding and online reputation management
Human Resources:
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Payroll coordination and attendance management
Employee engagement and retention activities
Policy implementation and compliance
Performance management support
Training coordination
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of social media tools and SEO
Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics)
Understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking ability
MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in both Digital Marketing and HR roles
Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or HR are a plus
