About the Role:
We are looking for a
results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist
who can lead planning, analysis, and performance direction across all digital channels.
This role is focused on
strategy, ROI optimization, and coordination
-- not hands-on execution. The ideal candidate should come from an environment, with a deep understanding of brand-side marketing goals, funnel performance, and growth metrics.
You will be responsible for
developing 360 digital strategies
, guiding execution teams, and also be
strong with data analytics and capable of interpreting complex technical data
to make informed marketing ensuring every initiative drives measurable
ROI and improved CRO
(Conversion Rate Optimization).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
comprehensive digital marketing strategies
to achieve brand awareness, traffic growth, lead generation, and revenue goals.
Plan and oversee campaigns across
Email Marketing, and Social Media platforms
. (SEO, Paid ads are a plus)
Work closely with the
UI/UX design team
to optimize website and landing page experiences for better engagement and conversions.
Define and monitor
KPIs
such as CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates across all channels.
Continuously improve
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data insights.
Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Analyze performance data to generate insights, reports, and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and tech teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Ensure all campaigns deliver measurable results and are aligned with
ROI goals
.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in
digital marketing strategy or performance marketing
Social Media Strategy (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
UI/UX principles
and tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize
Analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
Strong understanding of
ROI, CRO, and marketing funnels
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
