Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Generative AI & GEO)

4-7 Years (International / KPO Industry Preferred)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who will

own the digital marketing function end-to-end

, including

strategy, execution, and team management

. The role focuses on

SEO, Generative AI-driven content, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

to drive brand visibility and qualified leads in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy

Manage the digital marketing team and oversee day-to-day execution

Guide and review team output across SEO, content, and social media Drive

SEO and GEO optimization

for search engines and AI platforms Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly Collaborate with leadership on growth and branding initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 4+ years of experience in

digital marketing with team handling exposure

Strong knowledge of

SEO, Generative AI tools, and GEO optimization

Experience with

international markets / KPO industry

Excellent English communication and analytical skills
