with a strong background in lead generation and sales conversion specifically within the

UAE/GCC company formation, PRO services, and client acquisition

This role goes beyond driving traffic--it requires someone with a proven ability to deliver

qualified leads that convert into paying clients

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns focused on generating leads for

Business Setup

,

PRO Services

, and

Corporate Representation

. Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across

Google Ads

,

LinkedIn

, and other high-performing platforms. Monitor and refine

PPC strategies

to maximize conversions and reduce cost-per-lead. Collaborate closely with the sales team for smooth lead handover and to track closure rates. Analyze campaign data to report on ROI and actual

client acquisition

. Use

CRM systems

to manage leads and automate follow-ups. Create compelling content including

ad copy

,

landing pages

, and targeted campaigns for

entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners

. Keep abreast of marketing trends and competitor strategies in

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar

, and wider

GCC markets

.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in digital marketing with a focus on

Business Setup Services

. In-depth understanding of

company formation

procedures and target audience behaviors in the

UAE/GCC region

. Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads that result in

actual sales closures

. Proficiency in

Google Ads

,

LinkedIn Ads

, and

performance-based lead generation

. Hands-on experience with

CRM platforms

and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret key performance metrics. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. (

Arabic proficiency

is a plus.)
