We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive
with
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience
who is eager to grow across multiple digital marketing channels and work on real projects with measurable impact.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to
SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email & WhatsApp marketing
, and
analytics & tracking
. You will work closely with senior marketers and contribute directly to campaign execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Execute and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across SEO, paid ads, social media, email, and WhatsApp.
Support planning and implementation of
performance marketing strategies.
Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow company social media profiles (
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business
).
Create and publish posts, captions, creatives, reels, and stories.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyze insights.
Paid Ads (Performance Marketing)
Set up, manage, and optimize
Google Ads and Meta Ads
campaigns.
Work on audience targeting, ad creatives, A/B testing, and budget monitoring.
Track KPIs such as
CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
SEO & Content Marketing
Perform
keyword research and competitor analysis.
Implement
on-page SEO
(meta tags, content optimization, internal linking).
Assist with blog publishing, landing page updates, and content improvements.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Execute
email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Manage templates, content, scheduling, and basic automation.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics & Tracking (Critical Responsibility)
Monitor performance using
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Insights, and Ads dashboards.
Assist in
conversion tracking and event setup
(forms, leads, traffic).
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
Collaboration
Work closely with
designers, developers, and content teams.
Support website updates using
WordPress or CMS platforms.
Stay updated with
digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience
in Digital Marketing or related role
Working knowledge of:
Social Media Marketing
SEO fundamentals
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Content Marketing
Hands-on experience with:
Canva
Google Analytics
Meta Business Manager
Understanding of
digital marketing KPIs and metrics
Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
WordPress or CMS experience
Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
Basic video editing (CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro)
Experience with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Qualifications
Any graduate (any discipline)
Relevant work experience or internship preferred
Certifications are a plus but not mandatory
