We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our creative team. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Design Development:* Collaborate with senior designers in developing design concepts, mood boards, and space planning. Utilize software like Canva for presentations. 2. *Delivery:* Work closely with seniors understand the requirement and deliver exceeding expectations. 3. *Research:* Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and products to contribute innovative ideas to projects. 4. *Drafting and Rendering:* Create 2D and 3D drawings and renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Enscape for immersive visualizations. 5. *Material Selection:* Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for projects. 6. *Client Interaction:* Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design ideas, and gather feedback. 7. *Project Documentation: * Contribute to the preparation of detailed design presentations, construction drawings, and specifications. Enhance documentation with Canva\'s graphic capabilities. *Vendor and Supplier Coordination: * Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure materials and furnishings. 9. *Site Visits: * Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is being met. 10. Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare BOQs to estimate project costs accurately. 11. *Design Planning and Detailing: * Pay meticulous attention to design details and planning to ensure the highest level of quality and functionality. 12. *Team Collaboration: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution. 13. *Proactive Approach: * a proactive thinker who takes the initiative to follow up and meet deadlines. Skills & Knowledge: - - Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Strong proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Enscape. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Basic knowledge of construction and building systems. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - A passion for interior design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
