Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently manage Google Adwords and Facebook Ads manager aggressively for ROI driven campaigns and to reach out to relevant target group
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics to uncover insights to drive new initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for marketing campaigns. Work with Brand, Creative and Category teams to create and optimize creatives required for marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Discover and explore new sources of marketing through the online medium
  • Work with SEO partners to drive traffic, revenue and acquisitions through Organic traffic
  • Work with retargeting partners across different channels and drive revenue through
  • Continually optimise for CAC, CRC and ROI while drive acquisitions and retentions to scale profitable revenue growth
Skills Required:
  • Proven paid SEM and Facebook Performance Marketing experience and success managing campaigns to drive revenue through performance optimization.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Experience with website and app analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords editor,etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Functional understanding of SEO
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Experience with business-to-customer social media and content generation
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
