Tasks
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Support Executive to manage and coordinate the digital side of our business. The
role involves handling website updates, following up with leads, coordinating with marketing and creative teams, and ensuring smooth digital
operations.
1. Website Management:
Keep website content, banners, and product/service information updated.
Ensure smooth user experience, update site for seo
2.Lead Management:
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain proper records of all customer interactions.
Provide timely updates to the sales/management team.
3. Digital Marketing Coordination:
Work in sync with SEO and Google Ads teams, tracking campaigns and lead flow.
Monitor and manage incoming leads from ads and organic sources.
4. Social Media & Content Support:
Coordinate with video editors/designers to ensure content is posted on time.
Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms.
Track engagement and share reports .
Requirements

• . Proficient in Google Analytics,Meta Pixel,CRM tools,and team collaboration.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
