Job Description

Planning and executing online marketing campaigns to promote a company's products or services across various channels like social media, websites, and email. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, conducting market research, managing and optimizing digital ads (SEO/PPC), analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams. The goal is to increase brand awareness, attract leads, and drive sales by connecting with target audiences and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

Content Creation & Optimization:

Creating and distributing engaging content for blogs, articles, social media, and websites to attract and retain customers.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitoring key metrics (KPIs), analyzing campaign performance data using web analytics tools, and providing reports to stakeholders to optimize strategies.

SEO/SEM Management:

Running search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns to improve online visibility and drive traffic.

Social Media Management:

Managing and growing a company's social media presence, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering customer interactions.

Audience & Market Research:

Identifying and understanding the company's target audience and researching market trends to inform campaign strategies.

Website Optimization:

Optimizing website content and user experience to increase online traffic and conversion rates.

Collaboration:

Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and content management systems.

Analytical Skills:

The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Creativity:

The ability to brainstorm and develop innovative and attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and collaborating with team members.

Marketing Knowledge:

A solid understanding of core digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing.

Education:

Typically a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
