Front Office & Administrative
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain front desk operations, visitor logs, and appointment schedules.
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and conference room bookings.
Support HR and administrative teams with documentation, onboarding coordination, and basic record management.
Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times.
Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination tasks.
