, and overall online growth strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about performance marketing and capable of driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
campaigns.
Manage and scale
YouTube Ads
campaigns for leads, sales, and brand visibility.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Track and analyze performance using
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools
.
Create engaging ad copies, video ad strategies, and content suggestions.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and reduce unnecessary spend.
Stay updated with the latest Google and YouTube advertising trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads Manager & YouTube Ads
.
Solid understanding of
SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
.
Experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication, creativity, and campaign planning skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or relevant field (preferred).
