key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

lead generation strategies

across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, landing pages, etc.) Plan, manage, and optimize

paid campaigns

to maximize ROI and CPL Create and optimize

landing pages and funnels

for conversions Implement

A/B testing

on ads, creatives, and landing pages Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems Manage lead nurturing campaigns through

email automation and retargeting

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment Research target audiences, keywords, and competitors Maintain and improve lead databases and CRM integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

digital marketing with a focus on lead generation

Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

, and performance marketing Experience with

SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Familiarity with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Strong communication and campaign planning skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
