Evergreen Homes & Properties is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns that promote our real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for villas, plots, and construction projects
Manage paid advertising campaigns
Handle lead generation campaigns and ensure proper tracking and follow-up
Optimize company website and landing pages for conversions
Manage and update social media platforms in coordination with the social media team
Execute SEO and local SEO activities to improve online visibility
Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Monitor competitors and digital marketing trends
Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics
Understanding of real estate lead generation is a strong advantage
Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and landing page optimization
Ability to analyze data and improve ROI
Strong communication and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate or construction companies
Knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and automation
Familiarity with content marketing and video promotions
Google / Meta certification
