As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate quality leads. You will manage a variety of channels, including website marketing, SEO, SEM, social media management (SMM), account-based marketing (ABM), and email marketing. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our B2B initiatives.Job Responsibilities : Digital Strategy Development :- Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored for the B2B landscape.- Identify target audiences and design customized campaigns that resonate with key market segments. Website Marketing, SEO & SEM : - Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and user experience.- Develop and manage SEM campaigns, including paid search initiatives, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, driving continuous improvement. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) :- Collaborate with the sales team to target high-value accounts with personalized marketing campaigns.- Utilize data insights to refine ABM tactics and measure campaign effectiveness.Social Media & SMM :- Develop engaging content and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.Analytics & Reporting :- Track key performance metrics across all digital channels.- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.Collaboration & Coordination : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign execution.Job Requirements :Experience :- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically within a B2B environment for technological products or services especially for overseas markets.- Proven success in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.- Proven experience with Google Ads and running SEM campaigns for overseas markets.- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.- Good understanding and experience with ABM.- Ability to execute account-tailored ABM strategies across multiple channels like email and social media. Communication & Analytical Skills :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Preferred Qualifications : Educational Background :- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.- A background in engineering is a plus, providing an added advantage in understanding technical products and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Additional Attributes :- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Adaptable to change and eager to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
