We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage our online presence across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The role includes running paid ad campaigns, managing social media content calendars, improving SEO, tracking analytics, and growing overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Management
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on
Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
.
Track KPIs, manage budgets, and improve cost-per-lead / ROI.
Run YouTube ads and LinkedIn ads when required.
2. Social Media Management
Manage brand presence on
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Plan monthly content calendars.
Coordinate with designers/creators for creatives, reels, and posts.
Write captions, hashtags (if needed), and schedule content.
Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain brand voice.
3. SEO & Website Performance
Conduct keyword research and create SEO-optimised content briefs.
Improve on-page SEO, meta tags, page performance, and rankings.
Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics.
Track website traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (ads + social + SEO).
Analyse data to find insights and opportunities.
Suggest growth strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
5. Content Coordination
Work with internal teams or freelancers for creative assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
&
Google Ads
.
Hands-on experience with
SEO, Google Analytics, GSC, Tag Manager
.
Good understanding of YouTube channels & content optimisation.
Ability to write clean, simple, brand-appropriate content/captions.
Understanding of design basics (enough to coordinate with designers).
Analytical mindset with clear reporting skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple platforms.
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Experience in luxury / premium brands (if relevant).
