The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all online marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and experienced in handling digital campaigns for premium, lifestyle, or design-oriented brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with company goals.
Manage and optimize online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Monitor ad performance, analyze ROI, and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets.
Drive traffic to the company's website and convert leads into business opportunities.
2. Social Media Management
Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Oversee photoshoots, videos, and reels to highlight ongoing projects and creative processes.
Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and online reputation.
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage client interactions on social platforms.
3. Content Creation & Brand Communication
Collaborate with internal teams to curate project stories, client testimonials, and creative concepts.
Write compelling captions, blog posts, and marketing content for digital channels.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality creative outputs.
4. Website & SEO Management
Oversee website updates and ensure SEO optimization.
Keep service pages, project portfolios, and blogs regularly updated.
Track analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure engagement and performance.
5. Public Relations & Collaborations
Identify and execute PR, influencer, and brand collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate with media outlets and publications for brand features and interviews.
Support event promotions, exhibitions, and campaign launches.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics for digital campaigns and social media channels.
Prepare detailed monthly reports on engagement, leads, and conversions.
Provide data-driven insights and recommend improvements to enhance results.
