About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Executive

to manage our marketing activities, social media presence, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in creating engaging content, handling social platforms, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Develop eye-catching reels, videos, and graphics relevant to the pharmaceutical industry Run digital marketing campaigns including ads, promotions, and brand awareness activities Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the audience Coordinate with internal teams for product information, updates and marketing requirements Assist in offline marketing activities, branding, and promotional events when needed Track and report performance metrics, campaign results, and improvement suggestions Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and AI-based tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field 1-3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing (pharma experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and content creation Ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing ideas Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any editing software Basic understanding of digital ads, SEO, and analytics Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
