Plan and manage paid media campaigns across search, display, and social channels.
Collaborate with clinicians, content creators, and design teams to ensure accuracy, creativity, and compliance with healthcare communication guidelines.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms/tools.
Ensure all digital communications align with brand voice, privacy policies, and ethical marketing standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years' proven experience in
digital marketing
and
social media marketing
, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Experience in both B2B and B2C campaign strategy and execution.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics dashboards, SEO tools).
Understanding of compliance, privacy, and ethical guidelines for healthcare marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with mental health or wellness brands.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with video editing for social media platforms.
