Key Responsibilities1. Website SEO & Optimization
Plan and execute on-page & off-page SEO for the company website.
Improve website ranking, indexing, and keyword positioning.
Perform competitor analysis, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, MOZ, Semrush, etc.
2. Website Content Review & Update
Review existing website content, improve readability and SEO score.
Collaborate with content team to update product/service pages.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency in web content.
3. Lead Generation & Business Growth
Create and run campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing channels.
Manage inbound inquiries and coordinate with sales.
4. Product Marketing & Outreach
Promote and market product offerings on web and digital platforms.
Identify digital marketing opportunities for growth and brand strengthening.
Set up landing pages, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
5. Social Media Management
Manage and grow company presence on social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
Create engaging posts, reels, promotions, and announcements.
Increase footfall, followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Maintain posting calendar and analytics tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content/Website Management.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AdWords, Meta Business Suite.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, SERP, keyword planning, backlinks.
Experience running lead generation campaigns.
Good communication & copywriting skills.
Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe) are a plus.
